Duncan is a Charlotte native and UNC Charlotte graduate with a background in marketing, analytics, and business strategy. He supports sales and growth initiatives across the Carolinas, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are approached thoughtfully from first conversation through execution.

With a long-standing interest in real estate and homebuilding, Duncan focuses on combining clear communication, strong systems, and education to help buyers confidently navigate the custom and modular home process. He values standing out through preparation, responsiveness, and attention to detail rather than sales pressure.

Outside of work, Duncan continues to expand his knowledge in finance, real estate, and philosophy. He also coaches youth soccer, where he enjoys mentoring young players and reinforcing the importance of teamwork, discipline, and leadership.
