With clean horizontal lines and warm, natural materials, the interior is being crafted to reflect a modern Frank Lloyd Wright–style aesthetic.

The Location

Set on 17 wooded acres in Waxhaw, North Carolina, the home sits deep in nature surrounded by mature trees and featuring a small pond on the property. The setting offers privacy, quiet, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

This project required a fully custom approach. The clients arrived with their own custom sized windows already purchased, requiring the entire floor plan to be engineered around their dimensions and structure.
